wryly considers the development and acquisition of language. As language fails three vastly people, a spectre offering them ‘a voice’ emerges, but should they accept a voice that’s not their own? Featuring text culled from Ferdinand de Saussure’s Course in General Linguistics, my short play sloughing, and music borrowed from Joanna Newsom & Tim Hecker.
